Wiley Withers ,born in Detroit,MI on March 3,1960bto the parents of ,Wiley Bradford(deceased) and Lula Pearl Withers. He was the youngest of six children.

Wiley leaves to cherish his memories,seven children,three sons, Wiley Jr.,Tezaray and Kendrell, four daughters, Kiana, Tiphanie, Jeanetta and Wileen; twenty-two grandchildren; his very friend ,Tena Kimbrough; his mother, Lula Pearl Withers; his sisters, Lillie Lucas,Ella Standfield and Joyce Johnson; one brother, John Withers; and numerous nephews, nieces,cousins,family and friends.
