During this stressful time, my family and myself was all over the place trying to get my husband homegoing together. There were two things that really touched my heart. My husband suffered the last few months of his life and it showed. Ms. Butler said some words to me about my husband's condition. I can't remember the exact words, but I thought to myself 'Yes, those are exactly the right words to say to a grieving wife.' There were so many changes that was made. When I called to apologize about all the confusion, you said to me 'That's all-right Mrs. Evans, that's what we are here for'. I was also concerned how my husband would look in his clothes because he had lost so much weight. I didn't need to worry. Thank you and your staff for making his transition less stressful. The cake was the icing on the cake.
