Celebrating The Life Of

Maria Elida Nestares was born on April 9, 1928 in Checo, Ica, Peru.  She later moved to Lima, Peru.  After retirement, in 1991 she immigrated to the United States to live with her daughter Martha Black.  She Proudly became an American citizen at the age of eighty-five. 

Maria Elida the daughter of Máximo Nestares and Petronila Palma, was the thirteen of sixteen brothers and sisters, who all preceded her in death Sergio (Luzmila), Ester (Vicente), Jacinta (Urbano), Máximo (Imelda), Julio (Julia), Misael (Carolina), Israel (Erlinda), Luis, Julia Eva, Julia Leonor, Emiliano (Teresa), Víctor (Rose), Pedro (Graciela), Moises, Maximo Felix.  She is survived by her daughter Martha Black (Orlando) and a wonderful, huge, much loved family of nieces, nephews, great and great great nieces and nephews, who were always near and dear to her heart.  Family was so important to Elida, she always thought of all of us, Marcela, Teresa, Graciela, Ebe, Javier, Florentino, Cesar, Oscar, Jaime (Dallas), Gladys, Hector, Elizabeth, Victor, Ana Maria, Lurdes, Jaime (Lima), Elianita, Tessita and a host of relatives and friends.

She is already missed terribly, and the void left is deeply felt by all.

María Elida Nestares nació el 9 de Abril de 1928 en Checo, Ica, Perú, después se trasladó a vivir en Lima, Perú.  Luego de su retiro en 1991 se fue a los Estados Unidos para vivir con su hija Martha Black.  A sus ochenta y cinco años orgullosamante se convirtió en cuidadana americana.

Los padres de María Elida fueron Máximo Nestares y Petronila  Palma.  Ella fue la trecima de dieciséis hijos ya fallecidos Sergio (Luzmila), Ester (Vicente), Jacinta (Urbano), Máximo (Imelda), Julio (Julia), Misael (Carolina), Israel (Erlinda), Luis, Julia Eva, Julia Leonor, Emiliano (Teresa), Víctor (Rose), Pedro (Graciela), Moises, Máximo Felix. La  sobrevive su hija Martha Black (Orlando) y una maravillosa y enorme familia muy querida, sobrinos y sobrinas, sobrinos y sobrinas nieto y bisnieto a quiénes siempre los tenía cerca de su corazón.  La familia fue muy importante para Elida, ella siempre nos tenía presente en su mente Marcela, Teresa, Graciela, Ebe, Javier, Florentino, Cesar, Oscar, Jaime (Dallas), Gladys, Hector, Elizabeth, Victor, Ana María, Lurdes, Jaime (Lima), Elianita, Tessita y demas familiares y amistades.

Su partida nos ha dejado un vacío que no se puede llenar y la vamos a extrañar mucho.
