Lewis Brown

Lewis Brown passed away, October 18, 2019 at the age of 46.  He was born to the late Ada Brown and Lewis Elms on July 11, 1973 in Detroit, Michigan.  Lewis accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior as a young man.

Lewis was educated in the Detroit Public School System.  He enjoyed competition of any kind be it cards, basketball, football, or any other game.  Lewis loved a good challenge and was not one to go down without a good fight.  Lewis was great with his hands.  He loved working on cars.  Lewis could fix anything placed in front of him.  Lewis loved and enjoyed spending time with his children, family and friends.

Left to cherish his loving memories, seven children, Qui‘Michia “Mooka” Brown, Lou’Teria “BamBam” Lovejoy, Latasha Lovejoy, Lewis Brown, Christopher Brown, Araina Matlock and Kamden Brown; two sisters, Diane Thomas, Dione (Thomas) Ross, one brother, Lamont (Bernita) Brown.  Lewis also leaves behind a special aunt, Willie Chaffould; 6 grandchildren, Jessiah, Aiden, Charleigh, Sadie’Marie, Bailee’Rae and Se’Kyahni; two uncles and three aunts, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
