Julia Laster White was friendly very very helpful and accomodating to me and my dad.

During this stressful time, my family and myself was all over the place trying to get my husband homegoing together. There were two things that really touched my heart. My husband suffered the last few months of his life and it showed. Ms. Butler said some words to me about my husband's condition. I can't remember the exact words, but I thought to myself "Yes, those are exactly the right words to say to a grieving wife." There were so many changes that was made. When I called to apologize about all the confusion, you said to me "That's all-right Mrs. Evans, that's what we are here for". I was also concerned how my husband would look in his clothes because he had lost so much weight. I didn't need to worry. Thank you and your staff for making his transition less stressful. The cake was the icing on the cake.

Until May 2019(when my brother James E. Atkinson passed away) our family didn't have a funeral home. I knew of Mr. Butler's God given abilities when he was with Cantrell. My family trusted me & went with the "little one". After our experience & total satisfaction in 2019 ,we didn't hesitate to bring mama to Butllers! The staff at Butler's is outstanding. Julia instinctively meets the family where they are ,yet she maintains a high level of professionalism that we counted on. She did not disappoint. It is during our darkest hour that we must rely on beacons of light to lead the way.
